The Florida State University Alumni Association Seminole Club Out of State Newsletters consist of publications produced on behalf of various out of state alumni associations by the FSU Alumni Association. Largely covering news about FSU's athletic programs, the collection includes newsletters of the Seminole Club of New York City, the FSU Seminole Club of the Delaware Valley, the Houston Area Seminole Club, and the Southern California/Nevada Alumni Association. In addition to football news, the publications cover such topics as club meetings, receptions and other events; messages from club presidents; memberships; alumni surveys; and FSU Homecoming.

The Florida State College for Women (FSCW) Artist Series began in 1923. Dean Ella Opperman was the first person in charge of organizing the series. The series was intended to bring renowned artists to FSCW. After FSCW became Florida State University (FSU), the FSU School of Music managed the series. However, in 1974 the FSU Artist Series Committee assumed control. Because of financial difficulties in the early 1990s, the Artist Series was briefly discontinued.
